Component Overhaul Technician

Our Components Section is seeking a Component Overhaul Technician to join their team.

This role involves servicing and overhauling Engine components, fuel systems, magnetos, Propeller governors, turbochargers and turbo components for Lycoming and Continental engines. Suitable candidates should have relevant experience in the aviation industry and be proficient in English. You will need to be able to work well within a team but also be able to work independently when required. We also encourage similar trade engineers to apply and experience what the aviation industry has to offer. Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia.

Engine Overhaul Technician

Our Engine Shop is currently seeking an Engine Overhaul Technician.

This position requires a person competent in a varied role with responsibilities, and involves measuring and working to fine tolerances, inspection of critical components, engine assembly, painting and test running.

Suitable candidates will need a keen eye for detail, be able to show initiative and should have relevant experience in the aviation industry, preferably engine overhaul knowledge. You are required to be proficient in English and the use of fine tolerance measuring tools. You will need to be able to work well within a team but also be able to work independently when required. NDT, Painting or Aviation Welding experience would be beneficial but not an absolute requirement. Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia.
